1970s Modernistic Abstract Brooch

This interesting brooch has a modernistic  feel or abstract design with series of half-circles flanking the same in an opposite direction. It could be interpreted various ways. My take is that it is an lose interpretation of an Art Smith design. Lovely, large and bold.
