Lovely gilt jeweled Victorian belt that could be reworked into a lovely necklace. The belt consists of semi-oval plaque surmounted by rounded faceted stones flanked by two rows of rectangular-shaped pierced metal-work plaques terminating to a single “chain” of wider plaques.
