Vintage German Festoon Necklace
This is a fabulous vintage German bib or festoon necklace with seven sections of faux pearl and six chains. The center plaque showcases a high-domed oval faux pearl terminating with three tassels. Amazing elegant design for a plunging neckline or bare shoulders.
