Gorgeous High-Domed Japanned Warner Brooch

This is a gorgeous, high-domed Japanned finish Warner brooch and earring set. The set featured brilliant rhinestones in pink, red, and purple. The company behind the brand was formed in 1953 by Joseph Warner. In addition to the stand-out brooches such as this one, Warner designed cat brooches and later cat charm bracelets during the late 1950s. For the kitschy pieces, Warner created a line of jeweled key rings. In the 1960s, Joseph Warner’s costume rings and necklaces were featured in Vogue editorials of the 1960s.
