After discussion in three Schreiner study groups, it was determined that this lovely brooch is in fact an unsigned Schreiner. The brooch features faceted and cabochon navettes and an open-back-bezel-set center stone in a beautiful hue of blue. The pin assembly is also noted to be a Schreiner attribute. This piece will require adult signature for USPS delivery.
